Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager with strong knowledge of content creation and social media platforms, where the primary focus is User-Generated Content (UGC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media accounts, building content strategies, executing campaigns, and engaging online communities to drive growth and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

⦁ Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

UGC & Content Creation

⦁ Create and curate engaging UGC-driven content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, testimonials, and reviews.

⦁ Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality visuals and copy aligned with brand voice.

Content Calendar Management

⦁ Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaign timelines.

Community Management

⦁ Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

⦁ Build and nurture a strong online community through proactive interaction.

Performance & Analytics

⦁ Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.

⦁ Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Trend & Platform Analysis

⦁ Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

⦁ Implement innovative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.

Campaign & Ads Management

⦁ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

⦁ Track ad performance and improve ROI through data-driven optimization.

Collaboration:

⦁ Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

⦁ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.

⦁ Strong understanding of content strategy, UGC, and social media algorithms.

⦁ Experience in running and optimizing paid social media and Google ad campaigns.

⦁ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

⦁ Knowledge of PPC and social media marketing is an added advantage.
