Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-time / Contract
Reports to: F&B Director and Brand Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and elevate the online presence of our three Dubai venues – PRIMI and MINT (City Walk & Dubai Mall). You will be the heartbeat of our digital storytelling, ensuring our profiles remain vibrant, trend-led, and aesthetically aligned with each brand's personality. Your presence on-site will be key in capturing real-time content, engaging with guests, and turning everyday moments into compelling digital stories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & On-Site Engagement

  • Be present regularly at both venues to capture high-quality content (photos, reels, stories, UGC).
  • Create Stories, Reels, and short-form content that highlight the guest experience, events, dishes, drinks, and ambiance.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to plan and execute monthly professional photo/video shoots.
  • Ensure brand aesthetics are consistent across all content and platforms.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for PRIMI and MINT (Instagram, Facebook) according to set KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, and content performance).
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals and activations.
  • Write captions that match the brand tone and optimise engagement.
  • Actively engage with followers (comments, DMs, reposting stories).
  • Curate and update profile highlights and bios.

3. Influencer Collaboration & Community Building

  • Identify relationships with relevant influencers and creators and UGC opportunities and share with FBD and BMM
  • Check content expectations, and track performance of influencer collaborations.

4. Performance & Campaigns

  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ad Manager for an approved budget
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, creating regular reports on growth, engagement, ROI, and influencer effectiveness.
  • Identify content opportunities based on insights and trends.
  • Work closely with the F&B Director and Brand Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business objectives.

5. Trend Monitoring & Brand Innovation

  • Stay ahead of emerging digital and F&B trends to keep our content fresh and culturally relevant.
  • Propose creative, out-of-the-box ideas that elevate the brand’s online presence and storytelling.
  • Identify and implement social media innovations that drive growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven portfolio of social media accounts managed (please include links or case studies with your application).
  • Content creation skills – photography, videography, editing (Stories, Reels, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Solid understanding of trends, algorithms, and growth strategies.
  • Experience with Meta Ad Manager and KPI-based campaign execution is essential.
  • Previous experience managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and brand consistency / design
  • Excellent communication, English writing, and time-management skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends for events or real-time content.
