Roles & Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive

• Content Planning & Creation

Plan, create, and execute engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.

• Content Calendar Management

Create, maintain, and execute a monthly content calendar covering daily posts, campaigns, festivals, offers, and brand activities; ensure timely approvals and publishing.

• Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Community Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews promptly to build a strong and positive online community.

• Coordination with Creative & Marketing Teams

Work closely with designers, videographers, influencers, and marketing teams to plan, produce, and execute content and campaigns effectively.

• Trend Monitoring & Execution

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio, hashtags, and platform updates, and creatively adapt them for the brand.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics

Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance; prepare regular reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Campaign & Promotion Support

Support digital marketing campaigns, store launches, festive promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.

• Brand Reputation Management

Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone and values; handle feedback or negative comments professionally and escalate when required.

• Basic Paid Promotion Coordination

Assist with boosting posts, coordinating paid ads, and supporting performance marketing activities.

• Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of content, calendars, approvals, creatives, and performance reports for smooth workflow and future reference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,026.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
