Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, stories, and captions
  • Monitor trends, social conversations, and relevant news to ensure timely engagement
  • Build and nurture online community relationships
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to support campaigns and events
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (NGO or nonprofit experience preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics
  • Passion for social impact and alignment with our mission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,595.62 - ₹35,000.00 per month
