About the Role

Nestors Global is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager with strong expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will drive measurable growth through performance marketing and ROI-based campaigns across multiple social platforms.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic planning with campaign execution, optimization, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Execute lead generation and sales-focused campaigns with strong conversion objectives
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective campaign creatives
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience targeting
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROI, conversions)
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
• Lead and mentor junior team members when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong expertise in paid media and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of audience behavior and engagement strategies
