Social Media Manager

Job Description-
1. Social Media Strategy & Team Leadership
Build, manage, and lead the complete social media function Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business goals
Guide designers, video editors, and content creators
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

2. Paid Media (Meta Ads) Ownership
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Handle lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns
Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and scaling strategies
Analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance

3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Convert business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns
Coordinate organic and paid efforts for maximum impact
Launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports
Analyze data and provide insights, not just numbers
Recommend improvements based on performance metrics

5. Client & Internal Communication
Act as the main point of contact for social media & ads-related discussions
Collaborate with sales and strategy teams
Manage expectations and timelines professionally

6. Process & SOP Development
Build scalable systems and workflows
Create SOPs for content, ads, and reporting
Train and mentor junior team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,731.94 - ₹39,793.82 per month
