Surtaal Entertainment is a USA-based entertainment company managing concerts, tours, and artist promotions. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence, turn raw content into engaging posts, drive brand growth, and manage digital campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and repurpose engaging content such as reels, posts, captions, and stories using videos, clips, and photos provided by the team.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Ensure timely posting and content scheduling using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar.
• Coordinate with designers or editors when needed and know how to get work done effectively.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
• Command on English, especially for caption writing and creative storytelling.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools such as Photoshop or CapCut.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and brand tone.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, collaborations, and content marketing.
• Knowledge of entertainment or event marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
