Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing and growing our clients’ and brand’s presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand tone and goals
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content team for creatives and videos
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling of content
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
- Build and engage with the online community to increase reach and engagement
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare simple reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats and platform features
- Assist in brainstorming content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Requirements & Skills
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and basic social media trends
- Strong written communication skills (English/Hinglish, depending on your brand)
- Creative mindset with an eye for content and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva or scheduling tools is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn, experiment and grow in a fast-paced environment
