Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy professional to join our team at Airline Society, Lahore. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple brands at once, and consistently bring fresh ideas to the table — we’d love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for leading all social media efforts, including strategy, content creation, community engagement, and trend monitoring across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (visuals, captions, and videos) across social platforms
• Develop platform-specific short-form video content
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations
• Monitor analytics, generate insights, and optimize strategies for better performance
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with influencers and manage user-generated content (UGC) initiatives
• Organize and manage raw footage, audio, and visual assets efficiently
• Optimize content according to platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience managing social media
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling/analytics tools
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Excellent writing skills and a strong visual/aesthetic sense
• High attention to detail and creative thinking ability
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools (preferred but not mandatory)
