Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for strategy development, content execution, campaign management, and performance analysis to drive engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaign creatives.
• Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for campaign alignment.
• Build and maintain community engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally.
• Generate quality leads through organic and paid strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends
• Experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 1 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
