Jack Henry Holdings is a Costa Mesa-based brand company built on one belief: the products people put on their bodies should be as intelligent as they are. Jack Henry is our flagship men's self-care line — carried at Nordstrom, Erewhon, Ulta, and Revolve — with nearly a decade of credibility built on ingredient innovation and a no-compromise approach to clean formulation. ElliotCole is our women's fragrance and skin essentials brand, co-founded with Jeannette Aranda (@shutthekaleup), with a distinct point of view on scent, identity, and ritual.
Jack Henry and ElliotCole exist in the same universe — one built for men, one built for women, both anchored in the same obsession with clean ingredients, performance, and the rituals that make everyday life feel intentional. Two distinct brands. One point of view. ElliotCole launched in 2024 — it's early, the community is growing, and the story is still being written.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Jack Henry is a mature, established brand with nearly nine years behind it — and it's now stepping into its biggest retail moment yet with a 26-door Nordstrom rollout. ElliotCole is something different: a new, emerging brand co-founded with Jeannette with everything still in front of it — the audience to build, the community to earn, the story to tell.
Two brands. Two distinct stages. One person to bring both to life on social.
You won't be executing someone else's vision. You'll be building your own — guided by the brand, driven by a monthly marketing calendar with clear goals and initiatives, and measured by one thing: growth.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The Full Brand Story
- Capture the complete brand universe across both Jack Henry and ElliotCole — the team, the founders, the process, the product, the retailers, the wins, and the challenges
- Showcase the people behind the brands: follow Kyle and Jeannette for founder-led content, interview stylists and the Jack Henry wellness club team, spotlight the HQ crew and warehouse staff
- Visit retail partners — walk Nordstrom floors, document in-store launches, capture the brand showing up in the real world
- Tell both the everyday story and the aspirational one — raw, unfiltered moments alongside polished brand content that reflects where both brands are going
- Support key business moments with dedicated social storytelling: product launches, retail expansions, campaign rollouts, and brand milestones
Creative Ideation & Content Series
- Develop and pitch original recurring content formats — episodic, character-driven series that build identity, loyalty, and a reason to keep following
- Think in franchises: ingredient education, street interviews, team spotlights, product how-tos, retail launch coverage, founder stories, behind-the-scenes production, and more
- Bring fresh ideas constantly — and bring the initiative to execute them without being asked twice
- Stay ahead of platform trends and find the cultural moments both brands can authentically step into
Execution & Production
- Own the IRL/BTS content layer — iPhone-native, raw, real-time captures that feel human, unfiltered, and genuine
- Collaborate with Vic, our in-house videographer, on premium produced video content — bringing your creative vision to his production capabilities (12 videos/month)
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, Studios, and HQ teams — stay plugged into the business and turn what's happening into content worth watching
- Use our full in-house creative studio at HQ for product and editorial shoots
- Leverage AI tools across your entire workflow — ideation, scripting, captions, scheduling, analytics — without hesitation
Growth & Community
- Own organic growth strategy across Instagram and TikTok for both brands — follower acquisition, engagement, saves, and shares
- Maintain a distinct and consistent voice for each brand: Jack Henry (intelligent, clean, premium, masculine) and ElliotCole (feminine, expressive, fragrance-led)
- Build and manage a real community — respond to comments and DMs, foster genuine conversations, and turn followers into brand advocates
- Identify UGC, creator collaboration, and partnership opportunities that feel native to both brands
- Track performance, share insights with leadership, and optimize relentlessly

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Both brands are posting with consistency and intention — 4–5x per week minimum, Stories running daily
- At least one recurring content series is live and building momentum within the first 60 days
- The Nordstrom launch has a full content narrative — before, during, and after
- Organic follower growth is trending meaningfully upward within 90 days
- The audience can feel the personality, the people, and the vision behind both brands
- People are discovering both brands through social — and staying because the content is worth following
- Kyle and Jeannette show up — you take it from there
