Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the neighborhoods we serve. This role is a true hybrid with equal focus on social media and field marketing. The Social Media Manager is responsible for building authentic community relationships, increasing local visibility, and driving traffic into our Paisans locations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content and showing up in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Responsibilities:

Manage and publish content across local social media channels, primarily Instagram and Facebook.

Create authentic and engaging content including photos, videos, stories, and reels captured in real time.

Highlight in shop moments, team members, community partnerships, promotions, and local events.

Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and on brand manner.

Collaborate with internal leadership to align content with current promotions and marketing priorities.

Track engagement and performance and adjust content strategy based on results.
Field and Community Marketing Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of the brand in the local community.

Build relationships with schools, PTOs, youth sports organizations, local businesses, and nonprofit partners.

Coordinate and support fundraisers, spirit nights, and community driven events.

Execute in store and neighborhood marketing initiatives including flyer distribution, partnerships, and local outreach.

Attend and represent the brand at community events, pop ups, and sponsorship activations.

Gather guest and partner feedback and share insights with internal leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience in social media management, community marketing, or local brand marketing.

Comfortable being on camera and creating content in real time.

Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Self motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Local market knowledge is a strong plus.
