Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
