PageOne is building a modern news company, and we need someone who can make sure it actually looks and sounds like one everywhere it shows up.
We’re an early-stage media-tech company on a mission to rebuild trust in journalism. That means scaling fast across cities, national coverage, and founder-led content.
Specifically, you’ll own publishing and coordination across all PageOne social channels
What You’ll Do
- Manage three layers of content:
- Local city accounts
- National PageOne accounts
- Founder/company channels
- Write captions, headlines, and hooks that drive engagement without compromising credibility
- Handle day-to-day posting across platforms
- Actively manage community engagement (comments, replies, DMs)
- Ensure tone, quality, and standards stay consistent across everything
- Work closely with creators and editorial teams
- Track performance, spot trends, and adjust quickly
- Build systems that scale as we expand into new markets
- Keep the brand tight—while letting local voices breathe
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years running social for media brands or fast-growing companies
- Experience managing multiple accounts and audiences at once
- Strong writing instincts for captions and audience interaction
- Strong editorial judgment (you know what not to post)
- Comfortable with analytics and performance tracking
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and process-driven
What Success Looks Like
- Our social presence feels cohesive—not fragmented
- Growth is consistent and intentional
- Engagement is active, thoughtful, and on-brand
- Founder and brand content reinforce each other
- Social becomes a real distribution engine—not just a feed
