Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies for real estate and diverse business portfolios
- Manage and grow platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Plan, create, and maintain a content calendar
- Design and publish engaging content such as:
- Property listings
- Market updates
- Promotional campaigns
- Client success stories
- Videos and testimonials
- Ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and digital marketing practices
- Handle urgent and real-time content requirements
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights and optimization strategies
- Apply basic SEO and YouTube optimization techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, or digital marketing industry preferred
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, SEMrush (plus)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization
- Ability to create high-quality visual, video, and written content
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or related field
- Work with international clients (SaaS & Marketing Agencies)
