As a Social Media Manager at Absolute Studios, you’ll be the voice and advocate for clients on social platforms. You’ll ideate, publish, monitor, optimize—and have fun doing it.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client goals (brand awareness, engagement, lead gen, etc.)
  • Manage social media calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create, optimize, and publish engaging social content: copy, visuals, video, story/short formats
  • Work with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce social assets
  • Monitor community engagement—comments, messages, mentions—and respond or escalate as appropriate
  • Perform social listening to track trends, sentiment, competitor activity, and relevant conversations
  • A/B test post formats, timing, copy, and visuals to improve performance
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and deliver insights / recommendations
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, client, and media buying teams to align social with broader marketing efforts
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices
  • Curate user-generated content or influencer partnerships as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency (voice, visuals, messaging) across social channels
  • Report on monthly social performance, successes, and opportunities

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

  • 2+ years of hands-on social media experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Deep familiarity with major social platforms, features, and best practices
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills (concise, engaging, on-brand tone)
  • Experience working with social media tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, Buffer, Creator Studio, etc.)
  • Strong visual sensibility and comfort working with design teams
  • Ability to interpret analytics, draw insights, and adapt strategy
  • Proactive, creative, and responsive under deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts/projects simultaneously
  • Bonus: experience with social ad campaigns, influencer outreach, social commerce

Next Step

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
