Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop the road map that builds our social media communities through Facebook, Facebook Groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You will focus on building the Nikco Sports Brand by creating innovative content strategy that drives engagement, customer acquisition, partnerships, retention, and boosting revenue.

Essential Job Functions

· Create, produce, and distribute innovative social content that drives engagement, brand loyalty and product sales

· Build social following on priority social channels including, but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

· Execute brand campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and conversion to drive results

· Compile performance data to drive key learnings that shapes future content priorities and share out to team for greater customer mindset understanding

· Be the community manager of channels to create an interactive relationship between consumers and Nikco Sports

· Explore growing social platforms for new opportunities to connect with consumers via a test and learn content strategy

· Develop and implement Nikco Sports partnership/influencer program that drives meaningful growth

· Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams and external Partners and Vendors

· Provide insight and recommendations to organization including clear and compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex issues to Leadership and other internal/external stakeholders

· Target and pursue new business development opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes

· Extensive working knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

· Deep expertise in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

· Knowledge of sports in a working capacity or as a fan

· Ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision making

· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools/software

· Appetite for problem solving and a love for fast-paced ever-changing environments

· Ability to think and lead strategically and tactically with a “can-do” attitude

  • Be a self-starter with solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, follow up and multitasking abilities

Experience/Education

· 3+ years of multi-channel digital marketing experience

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant experience

· Expertise and proven success executing social media and digital strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
