Social Media Manager — Swift Hockey (Content & Brand Growth)The Role

You own Swift's voice across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This means creating content that actually converts (not just gets likes), growing our audience strategically, and building a community around the brand. You work closely with leadership and our athlete/ambassador network to tell stories that drive engagement and sales.

What you'll do:

  • Create and manage content calendar for Instagram and TikTok (mix of organic, UGC, athlete content)
  • Monitor trends daily and pivot content strategy in real-time when opportunities appear
  • Collaborate with athletes, ambassadors, and user-generated content creators
  • Track engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data—optimize based on what works
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
  • Identify and test new content formats, hashtag strategies, and platform features
  • Support product launches with coordinated social campaigns
  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, responding to audience)

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 2+ years managing social media accounts at scale (50K+ followers minimum)
  • Proven track record growing engagement and follower base (show us the numbers)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms
  • Ability to create/source content that performs (you know what hooks people)
  • Comfort with analytics—you make content decisions based on data, not feelings
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Interest in sports, hockey, or athletic brands
  • Experience collaborating with creators or influencers
  • Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, or emerging video formats
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Experience with social commerce or shoppable posts

You'll be measured on:

  • Follower growth (month-over-month)

Remote or In-House (Tampa, FL) — Full-time
Start date: ASAP

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
