Hiring: Social Media Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and handle multiple client accounts. This role is focused purely on organic social media growth — no paid ads involved.

Position Details

• Job Title: Social Media Manager
• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000
• Location: Fully Remote
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts
• Create and execute content strategies for organic growth
• Research trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
• Plan content calendars and posting schedules
• Guide the graphic designer and video editor for content production
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community growth
• Optimize profiles, captions, hashtags, and content performance
• Track analytics and improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all client accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Ability to identify viral content opportunities
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple clients/accounts at once
• Creative mindset with strong execution skills
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-focused
