Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our stores presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and WhatsApp Business. You will be responsible for creating content, growing our followers , engaging with costumers, and helping drive in-store and online traffic through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across all social media platforms.
• Respond to costumer messages, inquiries, and comments in a timely, friendly manner.
• Promote in-store offers, new arrivals, and events through social media.
• Collaborate with the store team to gather product information and shoot content.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and campaign, performance using insight/analytics.
• Grow followers and increase brand visibility in the local community.
• Coordinate with influencers or content creators when needed.
• Manage WhatsApp Business account for costumer communication and order follow-ups.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and best practices for retail on social media

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management (retail experience preferred)
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic editing tools.
• Creative eye for photography, video, and captions.
• Fluent in English. (Arabic is a strong plus)
