Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager(Female).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns
• Cover live events (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes content)
• Plan, organize, and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions
• Engage with members, respond to queries, and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with brands and partners for activations and collaborations
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Social Media Management (community/event experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think on-ground and in real-time
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing apps
• Ability to multitask and manage events along with digital responsibilities
