Social Media Manager

We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager / Executive (Remote – Entry Level)

Are you passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building online communities?

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager from Egypt to join our remote team at ARENA Capital!

In this role, you’ll manage and grow the social media profiles for several of our clients, working across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more. If you're someone who understands trends, loves crafting content, and can stay organized across multiple accounts, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for multiple client accounts
  • Write creative captions, select visuals, and follow each brand’s unique voice and style
  • Monitor engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) and coordinate replies where needed
  • Track post and campaign performance using insights/analytics tools
  • Collaborate with clients and our internal team to brainstorm campaigns and updates
  • Stay on top of social media trends and suggest creative ways to boost visibility

Requirements:

  • You must be a Perfect English Speaker.
  • Perfect English writing and speaking skills are essential.
  • Basic experience in social media management (personal, freelance, or internship experience is welcome!)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and possibly LinkedIn or TikTok
  • Comfort using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar
  • Solid writing and communication skills in English
  • Creativity with attention to design and branding
  • Good time management and task organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Egypt Time)
