Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Kaizen High School is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the school’s online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, understanding of social media trends, and experience in managing educational or school-related branding and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and campaigns
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with school activities and events
• Cover school events, student activities, celebrations, and academic highlights
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for content production
• Run paid social media campaigns for admissions, branding, and awareness
• Monitor social media insights, engagement, and audience growth
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally and timely
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and implement creative ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management
• Experience in school, educational institute, or youth-focused branding will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
• Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
