Social Media Manager

Indigo Group is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the complete social media function across multiple brands and business verticals. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of dedicated social media management experience with a proven track record of building brands, leading teams, and executing high-impact digital campaigns.

This is a leadership role for a professional who can oversee all aspects of social media operations, content strategy, team management, brand communication, audience engagement, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Social Media Department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple brand accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee content planning, content calendars, campaign execution, and brand communication.
  • Supervise content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage community engagement, online reputation, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR, hospitality, and real estate teams for campaign alignment.
  • Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure departmental targets are achieved.
  • Drive audience growth, brand awareness, and digital engagement through innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of specialized experience in Social Media Management.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a social media team and department.
  • Strong expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, digital branding, and audience growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, corporate, or multi-brand environments will be preferred.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
