The Role

Own creator content that drives direct commerce via social.

Translate brand goals into a tactical, conversion-driven influencer and affiliate strategy, including TikTok Shop management.

Partner with Communications and Brand PR teams for integrated communication plans.

Lead creative process for commerce-driven content, from original footage to final editing.

Collaborate with Digital Media Buyers for plan inputs, integrating organic, influencer, and UGC assets into paid media funnels.

Monitor social trends using listening tools and data, converting insights into platform-ready content.

Design and execute a continuous learning plan, piloting new creative formats and affiliate tactics.
What You'll Need

5–8 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or influencer marketing.

Proven, hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing programs and social commerce integrations.

Direct experience managing and scaling TikTok Shop is highly preferred.

Strong track record of working with influencers and generating high-converting UGC.

Deep understanding of how social content and influencer partnerships integrate with paid media funnels.

Proficiency in mobile-first editing and production tools, and social data/web analytics.
