Social Media Manager
Essentials by Nutrex Research is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead content creation, influencer program management, and agency partner communications for the brand's launch and ongoing growth. This role is the primary executional owner of Essentials' social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, assist with day-to-day communication with creator and affiliate relationships, and the internal point of contact for our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
01 — Content Creation
- Brainstorm ideas and produce organic content, including writing engaging copy, working with a team to shoot, edit, and publish.
- Community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to cultivate a loyal online community.
- Identify top UGC weekly, monitoring trends and viral opportunities.
- Execute the weekly content calendar for Essentials across Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and other social media platforms.
- Performance tracking and reporting, analyzing KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-throughs to measure ROI and inform strategy adjustments.
- Paid social coordination, managing ad campaigns alongside organic content to maximize audience growth and conversions.
02 — Influencer Marketing & Affiliates
- Assist with full influencer and affiliate pipelines from first DM, onboarding, to final post.
- Build and grow the affiliate program to recruit creators to become paid advocates.
03— Agency Partner Communications
- Day-to-day contact for the TikTok content agency: Brief, review, approve, and provide constructive feedback, reviewing and ensuring content is aligned with the brand guidelines.
- Weekly agency calls, deliverable tracking, and monthly performance reports to marketing lead.
- Coordinate content calendar with email marketing.
Ideal Background:
- Professional experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or a combination of both DTC or FDM consumer brands, wellness/lifestyle brand, or boutique agency managing brand accounts.
- Native Instagram and TikTok fluency: You use both personally, understand the algorithm, and can look at a brand grid and diagnose what's working.
- Hands-on content creation capability: You can film a Reel on your iPhone and make it feel intentional, using storytelling techniques.
- Influencer program management experience: You have personally reached out to a creator, written a brief, managed the relationship from first contact to final post, and tracked performance.
- Analytics literacy: You can read Instagram Insights and Meta Ads Manager, draw a meaningful insight, and make a content decision from the data.
- Project management and organizational skills
- Brand launch experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
