We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us tell our story, grow our following, and generate high-quality leads.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, manage, and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content (property spotlights, lifestyle posts, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes).
• Write captions, blog posts, and ad copy that align with our brand voice.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Track analytics and provide monthly reports with insights and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with our team to align content with business goals and upcoming listings.
• Stay on top of trends in real estate, social media, and digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in content creation (short-form video, reels, stories, photo editing).
• Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Later/Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Understanding of real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to grow an engaged audience and drive results.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
