Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We’re looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager to drive our brand’s visibility across digital platforms. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, create high-impact short-form video content, and help scale our content strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube) with engaging, on-brand content
• Clip, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and speeches
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, content automation tools, analytics platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
