Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Brianna Scott Interiors is seeking a Social Media Manager with a refined, editorial eye to lead the studio’s digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands that content is not just output—it is storytelling, curation, and an extension of the brand.

We are looking for a highly visual, detail-oriented creative who can translate our work into a cohesive and compelling narrative across platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong point of view, a deep appreciation for design, and the ability to create content that feels considered, elevated, and aligned with the studio’s aesthetic.

The Role

• Lead the strategy and execution of all social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram
• Curate and maintain a cohesive, elevated visual identity across all content
• Capture and edit content (photo and video) that reflects the studio’s aesthetic and level of refinement
• Develop thoughtful, well-written captions that align with the brand voice—editorial, warm, and intentional
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar, balancing completed projects, in-progress moments, and studio life
• Collaborate closely with the Principal to shape storytelling, creative direction, and brand positioning
• Stay attuned to cultural and design trends, translating them in a way that feels relevant yet timeless
• Support growth initiatives, including audience development and engagement strategies
• Assist with light content needs for the website, email, or press as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong editorial sensibility and a highly developed eye for composition, tone, and visual storytelling
• Experience managing social media for a design studio, luxury brand, or visually driven company
• Deep understanding of Instagram and emerging platforms, with a thoughtful approach to growth
• Strong photography and video capture skills (iPhone or camera), with an instinct for lighting, framing, and detail
• Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar platforms
• An exceptional writer, able to craft captions that feel aligned, elevated, and intentional
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage content independently while collaborating closely with the team
• Passionate about interiors, design, fashion, and the visual language of luxury

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
