We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to elevate our voice and presence across the real estate industry.

The Opportunity

This is not a passive social media role.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social—someone who can post multiple times a day, engage with our members in real time, and stay deeply connected to conversations happening across the MLS and real estate landscape.

You’ll own our social presence end-to-end and play a key role in how SmartMLS shows up publicly.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow SmartMLS’s presence across all major social platforms
• Create and publish multiple daily posts that inform, engage, and add value
• Monitor MLS, real estate, and proptech conversations—and jump into them
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions quickly and professionally
• Curate and share relevant industry content
• Translate MLS updates, rules, and insights into engaging social content
• Track performance and continuously improve engagement and reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote key initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Ability to operate in real time and manage a high volume of content
• Interest in real estate, MLS, or technology (experience is a plus)
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
