Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Lead Role | Performance-Based)

ViVA Media Co. is looking for a high-level Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can build, grow, and dominate our online presence through strategic content and consistent execution.

This is not a “post when you feel like it” role — we are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, audience psychology, and daily content discipline.

You will start as a Lead if you meet our standards. If not, you may be placed into a training/intern track until performance requirements are met.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Create high-quality content daily (photo, video, reels, short-form, graphics)
• Post a minimum of 1 time per day, 5 days per week (REQUIRED)
• Capture and produce content from events, behind-the-scenes, and branded shoots
• Edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar
• Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to improve performance
• Engage with followers (comments, DMs, reviews) to build community
• Collaborate with the ViVA team to align content with brand and sales goals
• Assist in promotions, campaigns, and content that drives revenue

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who understands how to create content that actually performs
• Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Consistent, disciplined, and self-driven (daily posting is mandatory)
• Passionate, creative, and detail-oriented
• Not a “poster” — a content strategist and executor
• Comfortable on camera and/or directing content when needed
• Able to move fast in a high-performance environment

Requirements

• Portfolio or social media examples (REQUIRED)
• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Basic to advanced editing skills (video + photo)
• Understanding of trends, hashtags, and audience growth strategies
• Strong communication and reliability

Bonus Skills:
Paid ads (Facebook/Instagram), influencer outreach, branding strategy, analytics tracking

Compensation (Performance-Based)

• Commission-Based Role (Primary Pay Structure)
• Earn based on content performance, leads generated, and sales driven

Minimum Wage Protection:
If commissions do not meet minimum wage requirements, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.

Growth Path:

• Start as Lead if you pass our test
• If not, begin in a training/intern role until performance standards are met
• Opportunities for increased earnings, bonuses, and long-term growth
