Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our vibrant marketing team! This paid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. As a key contributor, you will help craft engaging online narratives, grow brand presence across multiple platforms, and develop your skills in social listening, analytics, and creative design. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in developing and executing a growing podcast channel
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
• Support in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions.
• Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations activities, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics is highly desirable.
• Basic graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling; familiarity with photography is advantageous.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail; ability to proofread effectively.
• Passionate about digital marketing trends with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
