Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Arabic-speaking Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging Arabic (and English) content, managing daily social media activities, and driving brand awareness and lead generation for both clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with clinic goals
• Create Arabic-focused content (with English support) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and stories
• Attend clinic locations (DIFC & Palm) to capture real-time content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and operations teams for content planning
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor trends in wellness, aesthetics, and healthcare marketing in the UAE
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta/TikTok preferred)
• Track performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure all content complies with Dubai healthcare advertising regulations

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Strong command of English
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetic, or luxury brands is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Ability to create and edit basic content (Reels, short videos, captions)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple clinic locations
• Knowledge of UAE market and audience behavior is a plus
