Social Media Manager and Content creator - Beauty salon

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager & Content Creator with experience in the beauty industry to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in both content creation and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and publish 15-20 posts per month, including carousels, reels, client reviews, and collaborations.

Produce at least 15 high-quality content pieces monthly across all formats.

Manage daily Instagram Stories (7-10 stories per day), showcasing behind-the-scenes, procedures, results, lifestyle, and engagement content.

Plan and execute 1-2 influencer collaborations per month, including outreach, negotiation, and coordination.

Book models for content shoots using the client base and Instagram outreach.

Maintain and elevate the visual aesthetic of the feed to match the brand's look and feel.

Edit and enhance masters' work materials that meet posting standards.

Create content using both iPhone and professional camera footage.

Prepare and submit detailed monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with beauty salons or in the beauty industry.

Strong social media management skills, particularly Instagram.

Experience in photography and videography with professional cameras.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule & Conditions:

4 days per week, 7-8 hours per day.

Flexible working days, totaling 16 on-site visits per month.

First month serves as a paid testing/trial period.

Long-term contract to be discussed based on performance.
