Social Media Manager and Content Creator - Shreditor

Location: In-person, full-time (Summerlin / Vegas area)

Who we are: G Media, Luis, — a portfolio of growing brands with more happening day-to-day than we can capture.

The role

We're hiring a shreditor — one-person band who shoots, produces, and edits. You follow us around, capture everything on iPhone, cut it fast, and push it to our social channels at volume.

This is run-and-gun. No crews, no setups, no waiting for the perfect shot. You see the moment, you film it, you turn it around same-day or next-day. Meetings, builds, customer interactions, shop days, off-the-cuff moments — all of it is raw material.

You're not a cinematographer and this isn't a brand film role. You're a documentarian with sharp instincts for short-form pacing, hooks, and what performs on IG, TikTok, and Shorts right now.

What you'll do

• Shadow Luis and the team daily, capturing footage on iPhone
• Edit short-form content — Reels, TikToks, Shorts — fast turnaround, high volume
• Post to our accounts on a consistent cadence
• Develop a feel for each brand's voice: G Media, Luis personal
• Bring ideas. You should have opinions about what's working online

Who we're looking for

One of two profiles:

The young hungry one — you grew up editing on your phone, you know every trend before it peaks, and you want a shot to do this for a living. Your own account counts as a portfolio if it's good.

The proven operator — you've shredited for other brands and can show receipts. Send accounts you've run or contributed to, ideally with growth numbers.

Either way:

• Edit in CapCut, Premiere, or whatever — tool-agnostic, output-obsessed
• Have taste. Be able to articulate why a piece of content works or doesn't
• Low-ego, high-output, comfortable being around a lot and moving fast
