Social Media Manager - Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with client brand voices and goals.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for target audiences and drive engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Brand Management: Work closely with clients and the creative team to ensure consistent and high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, adapting strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
• Community Engagement: Manage interactions and foster relationships with followers and customers, ensuring a positive brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• 4-5 years of proven experience (agency experience is an added advantage) in social media management, particularly in creating content calendars, generating reports, and running campaigns.
• Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Strong creative skills with an eye for design and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to speak in Arabic is a plus.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to managing campaigns and achieving goals.
• Must be residing or willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
