Social Media Manager + Content Creator

This is a unique hybrid role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation. Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Plan, schedule, and publish content while actively engaging with the online community.

Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to refine strategy.

2. Content Creation:

Produce high-quality, original content, including videos, photos, and graphics, to showcase our properties and agents.

Film and edit engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.

Craft compelling written content for posts, property descriptions, and articles.

Collaborate with agents to create personalized content that highlights their expertise and builds their brand.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years on experience in the real estate.

Expertise in video, photo, and graphic design with a strong portfolio.

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts and using analytics.

No minimum degree required
