Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team — someone who lives and breathes content, understands trends, and can bring the Love Vibe energy to life across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

● Plan and schedule daily posts, ensuring brand consistency in voice, tone, and visuals.

● Monitor performance, engagement, and audience insights; optimize content strategy based on analytics.

● Coordinate with and operations teams for upcoming campaigns, launches, and events.

Content Creation

● Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.).

● Capture engaging photos and videos of food, interiors, staff, and customer experiences.

● Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic.

Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

● Identify, reach out to, and manage influencer and PR collaborations.

Campaign & Event Support

● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, events, and partnerships.

● Support live event coverage shooting, editing, and posting real-time content.

Requirements

● 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (preferably in F&B or lifestyle industry).

● Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Suite / CapCut / Canva).

● Excellent understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.

● Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.

● A creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
