Influencer / Content Creator for Retail Real Estate Company
We’re looking for a talented and creative Influencer / Content Creator to help bring our retail real estate brand to life through engaging digital content.

Position: Part-Time Influencer / Content Creator
Hours: 5–8 hours per week
Pay: $35/hour
Start: Immediately

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling, on-brand photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Help shape the company’s voice and visual presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Capture the energy of urban retail spaces, new listings, neighborhood stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Collaborate with our team to plan and execute content campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong portfolio of past work (please include links or attachments).
• Experience creating content for brands, especially in lifestyle, design, or real estate.
• A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
• A sharp visual eye, excellent communication skills, and a sense of style.
