Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, professional, and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, Meta Ads, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Candidates with creative thinking, professional communication skills, and experience in handling business social media pages and websites will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Create engaging, creative, and visually appealing content for social media platforms
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts while maintaining brand consistency
• Handle Meta Ads campaigns and manage accounts through Meta Business Suite
• Coordinate website content updates and support online engagement activities
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages professionally
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance
• Assist in digital marketing, branding, and basic SEO activities
• Prepare performance reports and insights for campaigns and page growth

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools/software
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Professional attitude with creative and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
