Love creating content and staying ahead of social trends? We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow Wedding Weekender across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.

About us! 

Wedding Weekender is redefining wedding videography by helping couples capture their wedding weekends in an authentic, affordable way. We rent camcorders for family and friends to film the weekend—then transform the footage into wedding videos that feel true to each couple’s story.

We’re a fast-growing, social-first startup featured in The New York Times, Vogue Weddings, Martha Stewart Weddings, and more. Now we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Create, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Own day-to-day social posting and content scheduling
• Turn wedding footage, UGC, and behind-the-scenes moments into engaging social-first content
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats
• Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Support influencer partnerships and creator collaborations
• Assist with paid social creative and campaign testing
• Track performance metrics and help optimize content strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong video editing skills ( Premiere Pro , CapCut, or similar)
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
• Creative thinker with strong instincts for engaging content
• Comfortable filming, editing, and posting regularly
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with wedding, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Influencer marketing or creator partnership experience
• Experience supporting paid social campaigns
• Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera

Location : Hybrid - Arvada, CO

Salary : $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience
