We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Content Creator to bring our four unique brands to life across today’s top platforms:
Instagram | Facebook | LinkedIn | TikTok | YouTube (Shorts + Long-Form) | X (Twitter) | Google Business Profile | Pinterest (optional).

Position Summary

This is a remote, part-time position (10–15 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. You’ll help design, schedule, and publish daily content that engages, inspires, and grows our community. The right candidate will be skilled in Canva, AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, or similar, and have a strong understanding of trends across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and post daily content for 4 brands across 7+ platforms.
• Transform provided media (photos, videos, sales reports, updates) into engaging posts and reels.
• Create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts) using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools.
• Schedule and monitor posts with tools like Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, Buffer, or Publer.
• Monitor engagement, track trends, and adjust content strategy to maximize reach and growth.
• Collaborate virtually with leadership; occasional in-person huddles in Toledo, OH.

Qualifications

✅ Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
✅ Strong knowledge of the top social media platforms and current trends.
✅ Skilled with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, AI tools, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
✅ Ability to turn raw content into beautiful, engaging, and shareable posts.
✅ Creative flair with excellent storytelling skills.
✅ Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working remotely.
Bonus: Portfolio or examples of past social media work.

Pay & Hours

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience.
• 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
• Remote work with occasional Toledo, OH meet-ups.
