​Role Overview

​We are seeking a versatile, high-energy professional to join our newly opening clinic. This unique role combines patient-facing reception duties with the creative management of our digital presence. You will be the face of the clinic and the voice of our brand.

​Key Responsibilities

​Front Desk: Greet patients, manage appointments, and handle billing/inquiries.

​Social Media: Create, edit, and post engaging content (Reels/Photos) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

​Marketing: Assist in local outreach and internal clinic promotions.

​Approvals: Handle the end-to-end process for social media content approvals, ensuring all posts align with clinic standards and DHA (Dubai Health Authority) advertising guidelines.

​Requirements

​Proven Experience: Must have a portfolio or clear track record in social media management and content creation.

​Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a major plus).

​Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

​Organization: Ability to switch between administrative tasks and creative marketing without losing focus.
