Social Media Manager (Female)

Own social media strategy, content, and reporting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Grow reach, engagement, and leads with consistent, high quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendar and daily posting schedule
• Write copy, supervise creatives, and approve final assets
• Lead reels and short video production with the team
• Manage community replies, DMs, and escalation tracking
• Run basic paid campaigns on Meta Ads and boost key posts
• Coordinate influencers, collaborations, and UGC
• Track performance in GA4 and platform analytics and share weekly reports
• Maintain brand voice and visual guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 4 years in social media management
• Strong copywriting and short video skills
• Hands on with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn Pages, Canva or Adobe, and basic CapCut
• Data driven and organized with clear follow up
• Lahore based and available on site
