Social Media Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, audience engagement, and community management, with hands-on experience handling both social and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Handle community engagement: replies, comments, messages, and group moderation
• Plan content calendars and campaign ideas for different platforms
• Monitor performance, insights, and engagement metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams for announcements, updates, and promotions
• Maintain brand tone, professionalism, and consistency across all channels

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn & TikTok content trends
• Experience managing Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Creative mindset with basic content ideation skills
• Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience in finance, tech, or startup environments
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Ability to handle community building and brand reputation
