Salary: ₹45,000/month

Job Summary

We are hiring a creative and energetic Community & Social Media Manager to build and grow our online/offline community. The ideal candidate will manage brand presence across platforms, engage with parents and influencers, and support offline activations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Build and nurture relationships with community members, parents, and influencers.
• Respond to queries and maintain conversations across channels.
• Support offline events, activations, and collaborations.
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in community management/social media.
• Strong knowledge of digital growth strategies.
• Fluent in English (Hindi preferred as well).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
