Social Media Manager (Female) – Skincare Brand

We are looking for a creative and experienced Female Social Media Manager to join our skincare brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, beauty/skincare audiences, and content strategies that drive engagement and sales. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating content ideas, and growing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Create engaging posts, reels, and story ideas related to skincare and beauty
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with influencers and beauty creators
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with social media and skincare industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Experience managing beauty or skincare brand accounts is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms
• Excellent communication and content planning skills
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools
• Ability to analyze social media insights and optimize strategies

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per hour
