Social Media Manager & Growth Strategist

This is a high-stakes, high-impact social media role for someone who wants to learn directly from a founder who has built and scaled three consumer brands organically—social media is not an accessory here, it is the engine.

Over the last decade, I’ve personally grown three jewelry brands from the ground up using social media as the primary driver of awareness, community, and revenue. Collectively, those brands now reach over 1.2 million followers, built without agencies and rooted in a very specific creative vision, execution standard, and feedback loop.

This role offers a rare, hands-on opportunity to work directly with our founder —learning not just how to create content, but how to think about social media as a business system: creative, analytical, operational, and scalable.

The Role

You will own end-to-end social media execution and growth across three brands, working closely with me through an ongoing, iterative feedback process.

This is not a passive role. There is constant refinement, direction, and collaboration, and the right candidate will thrive on clear feedback, fast adjustments, and high expectations.

You will be responsible for managing your time intelligently across multiple brands, ensuring nothing slips, nothing is rushed, and every detail is intentional.

What You’ll Own

  • Full social media management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Short-form video creation and real editing (not just templates)
  • Caption writing with extreme precision
  • In our world, captions often function like pricing sheets
  • One careless error can impact sales teams and customer trust
  • Analytics, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Creative direction and aesthetic consistency across brands
  • Organic growth strategy, with a gradual expansion into paid amplification
  • Influencer coordination and local collaborations, especially as we complete our new Charleston headquarters on King Street, which will serve as a physical hub for content, partnerships, and community

This Role Requires

This position is for someone who is excellent with feedback and understands that refinement is part of mastery.

You must be:

  • Highly organized and able to self-manage across multiple brands
  • Comfortable with frequent, direct feedback and iteration
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented—accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Fluent across all major social platforms and their analytics
  • Skilled in video editing and platform-native optimization
  • Creatively intuitive with a strong aesthetic instinct
  • Genuinely interested in and excited by rings and fine jewelry

This is not a low-stakes “content posting” role. Mistakes here have real downstream effects—which is exactly why the role offers meaningful responsibility, trust, and long-term upside.
