About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content creation and marketing strategies for multiple small business clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to showcase your creative voice across diverse industries like hospitality, construction, and professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies for assigned clients
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Research trends and craft campaigns aligned with client goals
- Track and report engagement and analytics to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm creative concepts and content calendars
- Attend occasional on-site sessions for content capture or client meetings
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience managing professional or brand social media accounts
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other scheduling tools
- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Based in or near Memphis, TN 38120 (hybrid role requires some in-person collaboration)
- Must provide a portfolio or examples of past work (social pages, content samples, or campaign results)
Schedule:
- 10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Hybrid: remote work with in-person collaboration as needed
Compensation & Growth:
- $18/hour to start
- Additional hours and client-based bonuses available as portfolio expands
