Social Media Manager & Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Manager and Receptionist to join our team. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of managing and enhancing our social media presence with providing exceptional front-desk support. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and relationship management, ensuring our brand remains engaging and well-represented across all platforms while delivering excellent customer service to visitors and clients.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and photography utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster strong relationships and community engagement.
• Maintain the reception area by greeting visitors professionally, managing incoming calls, managing customer queue, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support branding initiatives through proofreading content for accuracy and consistency; assist in public relations efforts to promote positive brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on e-commerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and online presence.

Qualifications
